your foundation for lasting wellness
January 29 – Februay 25
If you're new here and have never participated in one of my programs, welcome! Join my community in the next round and find out why folks come back again and again for tune-ups! (Newbies can learn more here!)
Prep Week: January 29 – February 4
Prep week is your time to gather supplies, clean out your pantry and begin to prepare yourself for the Program. This first week is also dedicated to supporting you, with minimum discomfort, through the process of weening off addictive substances such as alcohol, caffeine and sugar.
Healthy Habits: February 5 – 25
These three weeks are dedicated to healing and nurturing your body with nutrient dense foods, enhanced detoxification, and optimal hydration. But, we know that optimal health goes beyond what we're putting in our mouth –– digestion, gut health, stress, sleep, exercise and muscle mass –– all matter. And we hit 'em all up and dive deep in this program.
