As a certified holistic health coach, I help people take control of their health by focusing on the basics: whole foods and simple lifestyle changes.

Together, we review your history, your diet, your sleep patterns, and your lifestyle to learn where you’ve gone off track. And in determining the root cause — or causes —we can develop real-life strategies to help create lasting, sustainable healing.​
