Brittle and fragile bones are not the natural order of aging.  And yet, the percentage of women diagnosed with osteoporosis is growing world wide. Why? What’s changed? What is the dynamic behind this? And even more important, What to do about it?

We’ll explore:
  • current medications being used and how you might work with your physician to not only halt loss, but to stimulate new bone growth.
