It's important that you have everything you need to get the most out of the program and that you enjoy it. This first week will be your time to gather supplies, clean out your pantry move away from addictive substances like sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. 21 Day Cleanse: is May 3rd –– 23rd Each week of the program includes a packet outlining the week ahead. It also includes a sample menu, a new recipe not included in the Cookbook and highlights one of our macronutrients. The weekly focus into macronutrients is designed to elevate your understanding and appreciation for the importance each of them and the role they play in your health.
