This 21 Day Detox is not a diet. We're not counting calories or limiting quantities of food. There is absolutely no deprivation in this program, and as a matter-of-fact, quite the opposite. You'll be eating in a way that fully satisfies and nourishes you. Cravings stop, usually within the first few days of eliminating processed, addictive, empty foods and replacing them with whole, unrefined, unprocessed food. Cravings are actually your body's way of asking you for real food - feed me! Why consider a 3 week Detox? You don't feel great The holidays have been a blast, but you're zapped. You're achey, low energy and feeling kind of foggy. Your digestion needs help and you've been getting frequent headaches.
