FALL CLEANUP
90 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR WAYS

I am honored to be a part of this program that supports you in your journey to better health and living your best life possible!  This is no ordinary cleanse. You’ll not be hungry as you tame those crazy cravings. This is a program that is designed to clear the muddy waters with dietary cleanup.  We’ll empower you to understand your blood sugar and its role in health, cravings and energy. We’ll help you figure out how to schedule in regular exercise, address poor sleep and create life long habits that support all the pillars of health.

During the 90 Days to Change Your Ways you’ll commit to: 
  • a one week sugar detox
  • a two week elimination protocol
  • getting to yoga or hot pilates class four times weekly 
  • attending 2 health coaching workshops
  • 3 workshops offering you an opportunity to experience other healing modalities. 
  • participating in a private FB page supporting fellow challengers


Community support is a key element of this program. Participants will connect via a private FB page where we offer each other encouragement, support and compassion in our journey. The focus of the fall cleanup will be looking at everyday habits and routines with relation to food, exercise and sleep.  We’ll have honest conversations about personal struggles and triumphs as we pull and push each other forward as we change our ways.  What needs to change for you?

After an initial week of easing into the program, we'll complete a one week sugar detox, followed by a two week elimination cleanse. These initial weeks focus on improved gut health, identifying food sensitivities and their myriad effects, as well as the negative impact of refined sugar on health. These stricter cleansing weeks will also set the stage for the balance of the program where real life and sustainable living meet. During this time, we’ll put into practice daily habits that incorporate eating well, regular exercise and rest into our lives. The support you have as you incorporate these new habits is life changing.

I'll support you in your journey with cleanse guides and protocols, shopping lists, recipes, tips and education through a weekly email that will also post to our private FB page.  I’ll also be available to you via email for your questions and concerns.
