"I’ve come along way thanks to this detox" Participating in Beth’s B Well January 2018 Detox has been a life changer for me. For too long I had been telling myself something needed to change, I needed to do something to get me back to feeling strong and fit and comfortable, physically and mentally. I’ve come along way thanks to this detox. I remember what sticking to good, healthy foods and avoiding the toxic stuff feels like, again. But for the 1st time, I have a tool box that gives me options and variety and has provided a community of folks to work with, support and be supported by. I can’t thank Beth and B Well enough. "I have lowered my fasting blood sugar by almost twenty points" I have been working with Beth for several months now...she is my health coach and friend. I meet with her every other week and often cook with her (and sometimes several others) on Sunday afternoons. As a result, I am focused on preparing and building an inventory of healthy meals from Beth's DELICIOUS RECIPES contained in her cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and ensure healthy eating during busy work weeks. With a 'plan' it has been much easier than I thought it would be to focus on continuous healthy living. In fact, just by eating delicious healthy food and without 'trying', I have (and it is just the beginning) lowered my fasting blood sugar by almost twenty points. Because she listens to each client, Beth is able to propose simple and sometimes ingenious 'tricks' to break ingrained habits in order to help her clients fall into a healthy lifestyle from the beginning of the day until the end of it (diet, exercise and sleep). "My craving for sugar was greatly reduced" To be honest, I never thought I would do a cleanser detox. I generally eat very well; lots of veggies, pasture raised chickens and eggs, grass fed beef..okay, there is that sugar addiction.
I talked with Beth about her program and found her to be so knowledgeable about food and how good choices contribute to our health and well-being that I decided to give it a try. I was so impressed with her four week program! Her approach really works and I felt great after finishing. More importantly, my craving for sugar was greatly reduced and I found myself in control of my choices.
