Whole Health Nutritional Cleanses
I offer three Nutritional Cleanses a year, each strategically scheduled to help you reboot your health goals: the January Detox, the Spring Cleanse and the Fall Clean up. B Well programs are anchored in all the pillars of health, not just what you are putting in your mouth. Each program is 4 weeks long and is designed to help you ease in and not feel overwhelmed by the process. The first week of the each program is called “prep week” and is dedicated to ensuring that you are fully prepared. It's important that you have everything you need to get the most out of the program and that you enjoy it. This first week will be your time to gather supplies, clean out your pantry move away from addictive substances like sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. Each week of the program includes a packet outlining the week ahead. You'll find new recipes, notices of live cooking demos, a suggested weekly menu, and notification of our “FB ask me anything Live” — a great time to get your questions answered in a community environment! Community and Connection The community we create together is foundational to these programs. There is inspiration, strength and motivation when we surround ourselves with like-minded people focused on the goal of health optimization. You will be included in a private FB group where I’ll connect with you to share related information, cooking demos, and workshops. I’ll keep you up-to-date on the events happening throughout the Cleanse. Not on FaceBook but would like to participate? Many of my cleanse participants create private FaceBook accounts used only for the duration of the program and delete them at the end of the program. What’s included: Directions for 5 day Prep Phase Guidelines for 3 Week Cleanse Bwell with Beth Cookbook Shopping list Suggested weekly menu Weekly educational packet Private Facebook Group Cooking demos with Beth |
Spring CleanseTimed to help you shake the heaviness and blues of winter! We'll hone in on delicious, lighter, spring vegetable soups, smoothies and meals. There’s nothing like spring to inspire some new healthy habits.

Fall Clean UpSummer is easily our most social, free-falling season. If you're feeling a little spun out heading into Fall, I gotcha covered. The Fall Clean Up helps you nail down a morning routine that will have you back in the groove in no time!

Winter DetoxThe start of the New Year beckons resolutions, however, we're likely to give up on those goals before we've even put away our holiday decorations. Not because we lack willpower, but because we lack a plan, a supportive community or a real connection to what we're "hoping" to change or accomplish –– all part of the focus of this program.
