Nicole M. Hapeman, MA/Ed.S, RYT
Nicole Hapeman (Coley) is a mindset and nervous system health coach with a lifelong interest in biology, psychology, and joy. She is a trained clinical counselor and innovator in delivering accessible, proactive mental health and wellness programs to adolescents and adults. Coley's experience as a trauma & attachment therapist, instructor of yoga, NIA & attention-based practices, along with her understanding of the profound healing power of attention and movement, led her down a rabbit hole of exploring the science and lived experience of embodiment as a path to self-regulation, connection, and vitality. Her programs are equally grounded in theory and practice; they are designed to empower people to cultivate mental health & wellness from a strengths-based perspective.
Maeghan Finnigan
In 2004 Maeghan walked into her first Bikram Yoga class in Portsmouth, NH and immediately fell in love with the practice, the heat, the way it eased her back pain, and she knew this yoga would be in her life forever.
15 years, three kids, and a series of new certifications later, the classes have changed a bit to reflect the growth of the studio but the passion for yoga, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals is stronger than ever!
Maeghan loves spending time with her children and husband, Luke, and thinks they are all pretty lucky to have found the Upper Valley. Aside from being a mom, Maeghan is most proud of The Studio community.
Julia Finnigan
Julia found yoga through her sister, Maeghan, and her mother, Beth. Not convinced after her first class, it took her a year to go back – after that, it was game on. Leading an active life Julia uses yoga to hold it all together physically. A few years into her practice she realized what yoga did for her mentally and started to dive deeper into her practice and eventually went to her first training. Since then yoga and Pilates have been her main form of training for whatever event she participates in and continues to grow her knowledge through a wide variety of training and workshops.
